As a teenager, my friends and I would get together at a buddy's house, and we would have a "Friday the 13th" video party. It was always a blast. Lots of food, fun, and entertainment. Of course, my buddy had the "cool" mom who would buy us beer for the party too. Oh the memories
Once I started working, I started to develop my hatred for this day. Working food service for 11 years, I had my share of Friday the 13th horror stories. It seemed like all the crazy folk came out on that night and decided to sit in my section. Then again, if you have ever worked in the service industry, you know what I am talking about. Actually it could be quite entertaining as well.
Now that I am out of food-service and actually have weekends off. Friday the 13th means "Its Friday - the weekend is here"
This will probably be a good night to head out to the bars though. Although the last few times I was at the Eagle, it seemed like some of the nut cases had broken out a few weeks early.
