ummmmm....ok [Aug. 26th, 2004|02:08 pm]
While checking email earlier today, I received this email from a website that I thought I had deleted my profile from. Obviously I hadnt, but I digress.

When responding to someone's personal ad, shouldnt one include more than 1 word in it.
Here is what I received today:

You have received a response to your xxxxx Profile. To respond to this person, use the reply-to address in this message.

Make sure you use the Reply-To address!!!

Sender's Email: zack <xxxxx@yahoo.com>

Now I dont know about the rest of you, but if I come across a profile that I like and feel a need to respond to, I usually include more than "howdy" in it

trolling ...

anyone who just sends you "howdy" is definately trolling for responses and not seriously interested in you.

Sure, there may be that one percent of genuine guys who are just too lazy to write anything, but odds are against it, i'd think.
