hi j..... i know that before you had gotten on to me about leaving the phone unattended.... well get ready for this..... yesterday when i had left for lunch at 10:34am, i put my phone in make busy and then sat there about 30 seconds still loooking for my money to go eat...... this assured me that i wasnt taking any phone calls.... when i returned my phone was going like it had been n live and when i picked up the phone when i saw it no one was there. liz; the girl sitting next to me, sai that no one had touched it. what do i do?... please believe me.... no one in there right mind would just walk off and leave there phone in not ready without going in to make busy. after i seen that had happened if that what it was i was more that devistated i was even crying on the phone taking phone calls just out of fustration..... j, my whole day was a mess yesterday...please help!!!!!!

The instructions I have from David say that we are no longer going to adjust calls when the RSAs forget to go into make busy or not ready.

I believe that she did hit make busy, I would like an adjustment made on her behalf, not sure what happened but I would like an exception.

Now what part of "no longer going to adjust" did she not understand. As I walked onto the sales area today, she stopped me and asked if I got her email and if I was going to adjust the calls. I told her "No, we dont make adjustments for RSA errors" She proceeded to loudly tell me that she was going to take this up with my boss and that operations should have caught this. I asked her why she wasnt holding her RSA accountable for it, since when they hit "Make Busy" on the phones it logs them out of the system. The RSA would have to enter their user ID into the phone to log back in.
Well, she didnt believe me and asked 3 other RSAs if what I said was true. All 3 confirmed what I said. She is still going to go to my boss and argue her point. I'm sure I'll here about it later.

What a bitch!

This happens 3-4 times a day, sometimes more. and usually with her

Typical Sales Mangler(Manager). She doesn't effectively do her job, her numbers look shabby, and it's Ops/IT's job to fix it. With this type, it's always somebody else's problem ("operations should have caught this"), never her or her department's problem.
